Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Where applicable, shipping fees are based on factors such as destination, carrier rates, package dimensions, and order value, and the final amount will be displayed to you before completing your order.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Estimated delivery times are 1–3 business days for orders within Lebanon and 5–12 business days for international orders, unless otherwise stated. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier performance, or external factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via local courier partners within Lebanon and international courier partners for overseas orders. Tracking information will be provided where available.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included unless explicitly stated.

5. Delivery Issues

If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for re-delivery fees, return costs, and any additional carrier charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
